Kitchen Porter Cover

We are looking for Kitchen Porter cover for our client for Tuesday 9th December.

This will be from 9am-4pm and will be to assist with duties in the kitchen for a busy office.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and dishes throughout service.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste correctly.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, such as peeling vegetables or unpacking deliveries.

Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.

Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.

Organize storage areas, including fridge and dry-store sections, to keep items accessible and properly labeled.

Support chefs during busy service periods by providing clean equipment quickly and efficiently.
